Shipping policy

Article 4: Delivery

4.1 Delivery of the products takes place at the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete address details.

4.2 The delivery time is on average 2 working days, unless otherwise stated. Cam-it is not liable for delays in delivery, unless they are due to intent or gross negligence.

4.3 The customer is obliged to check the delivered products upon receipt for any damage, wrong products or other deficiencies. Any complaints must be reported in writing to Cam-it within 7 days of receipt.

4.4 If a product is not available, Cam-it will notify the customer and offer an alternative or cancel the order. Cam-it is not liable for any damage resulting from an unavailable product.

4.5 Deliveries take place within Europe. Additional shipping costs for international shipments are clearly stated during the ordering process.

4.6 Responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. The customer is liable for damage to or loss of the product upon receipt.

4.7 Shipping Policy (United States)

4.7.1 Shipping to the United States

• We ship all orders to the US via UPS Express Saver.

• Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after shipment.

• Shipping costs:

• For orders over $150: fixed shipping fee of $6.95 per order.

• For orders under $150: shipping costs of $49.95 per order.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to track the delivery status.

4.7.2 Customs fees, import duties and taxes

• Orders shipped from the Netherlands to the US may be subject to customs fees, import duties or other charges imposed by the U.S. authorities.

• Orders under $800 USD are typically exempt from import duties under U.S. law. However, this may change.

• The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees imposed by U.S. Customs. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict them.

• If customs fees or import duties apply, the carrier (UPS) may contact you for payment before delivery takes place.

In case of discrepancies or ambiguities, the Dutch version prevails in the interpretation and interpretation of this text.
