Article 5: Right of withdrawal

5.1 The customer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving reasons, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.

5.2 The customer must return the product in unused and undamaged condition, including original packaging. The costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Customers can make use of the right of withdrawal by sending a written notice (for example by e-mail) to Cam-it. In addition, customers have the option to use self-service returns through our online portal. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice or use of the self-service option, the customer will receive instructions for the return shipment.

Submit a return request

Click on the profile icon in the store navigation or go to the refund policy or a return page and then request a return.

Log in to your account:

Go to accounts.cam-it.com

In the 'Email' field, enter your email address, then click 'Continue'.

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

Go back to the webshop and enter the verification code.

Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.

If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

Select a reason for the return and add a comment for the store.

Click on 'Submit Application'.

If your return request has been approved and needs to be sent, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

5.4 The refund of the purchase price will take place within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided they have been received in good condition. Cam-it can wait to refund until the product is received back or until the customer proves to have returned the product.

5.5 The risk of loss, theft or damage to the product during return transport lies with the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended that the customer use a registered and traceable shipping method when returning goods.

5.6 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to custom-made products or products that spoil quickly.

In case of discrepancies or ambiguities, the Dutch version prevails in the interpretation and interpretation of this text.
